Subscription Terms

Lonestar Supply Co offers a Subscribe & Save program that provides a 15% discount on every order. By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to the following terms:

All subscriptions are committed for a minimum term of 12 months from the date of enrollment. During this 12-month commitment period, your subscription will automatically renew and charge your selected payment method at the regular subscription interval you chose at signup. You may not cancel your subscription during the 12-month commitment period. If you wish to cancel after the 12-month commitment has been fulfilled, you may do so at any time before your next scheduled order by contacting us through our contact page or emailing us directly. Cancellations take effect before the next billing cycle and you will not be charged again after cancellation is confirmed. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days advance notice sent to the email address on your account. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription at the end of your current commitment period. Failed payments may result in a pause or cancellation of your subscription. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment information is current and valid. Subscription orders are covered under our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on a per-shipment basis as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
