At Lonestar Supply Co, we stand behind our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we'll make it right.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not happy with your Lonestar body wash for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll issue a full refund or send a replacement — your choice. We built our products to work hard, and we expect them to earn your trust.
How to Request a Return or Refund
Email us at your contact email or use the contact form on our website. Include your order number and let us know what happened. We'll respond within 1-2 business days.
Refund Details
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval. If you paid via credit card, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
Subscription Orders
If you're on our Subscribe & Save plan, you can cancel or pause your subscription at any time before your next order ships. If a subscription order has already shipped, it falls under the same 30-day satisfaction guarantee above. Visit our Subscription Info page or contact us to manage your subscription.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, contact us immediately with a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement right away — no return needed.
Free Trial Bottles (2oz)
Our 2oz free trial bottles are eligible for refund of the purchase price if you're unsatisfied. Because of the low cost, we don't require you to ship it back.
Shipping Costs
If a return is needed due to a defective or incorrect product, we cover return shipping. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Products that have been used more than 75% are not eligible for a full refund but may qualify for a partial refund or store credit at our discretion.
Exchanges
We currently offer one product, so exchanges aren't applicable at this time. As we expand our product line, we'll update this policy accordingly.
